Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Unknown to me, my attorney filed a Request for Dismissal with Prejudice. I got a letter from his Doctor that he is being treated for anxiety, stress and insomnia but I never expected to see a document like that in my case file at the Court.I can't even talk to him because of the letter I got. His doctor wrote that because of life threatening letters he got related to my case, he has disallowed my attorney to participate 'INDEFINITELY'. How can I reverse this DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE?

It sounds like you have a bad attorney. You first may want to check this attorney's status with the State Bar, and determine whether the State Bar has taken over this attorney's practice. Second, you may need to get a new attorney to handle this. You don't specify what kind of case the dismissal was in, but you will need an attorney that handles that kind of case.
