Will in Probate

Is there a time limit in the processing of a Will in probate? If so, what happens after the time frame expirers? What does a probate referee do?

Probate referee values assets, generally date of death value

There are time limits in Probate - delays have to be explained to the Court.

Sounds like you are a beneficiary of an Estate in Probate?

Often there are legit. reasons for delay - filing tax returns, selling assets, settling disputes, et al.
