If someone states in a will that one person gets a property located at (bla bla bla) and its contents and the rest of the proerties get sold and divided up to the rest of the people do the contents of the house include vehicles or do they get sold with the other properties

That's a good question, and one the court may have to decide. "Contents" is usually taken to mean "furnishings", but if it's unclear after reading the will and any case law, and the vehicles are worth some money, AND the beneficiaries can't agree on the answer, the executor should file a "petition for instructions" with the court to get a clear answer.
