Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

2% perm. disability, can I get continuing compensation?

I was injured on the job in early 2005. The WK doctor has established I am permanently disabled 2%. I have continuing neck pain, and right shoulder blade pain, which are aggravated if my arms are extended, driving. The doctor has left continuing medical care open, as well as physical therapy if or as needed. The WK company agrees. I was paid $1112 and WK feels no further comp. is necessary. Since I will have pain the rest of my life, and will work until I'm about 65, and am currently 50; can I obtain extended disability payments?
