Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Need help finding a lawyer

I posted a question a few weeks ago about being disatisfied with my doctors opinion. I got 2 or 3 responses which I am thankful for, but I need to find an attorney around Morgan Hill.

I have many problems which are too numerous to mention here.

I am now being treated for a back injury. (Worker's comp)happened while lifting a heavy item.

I have been doctoring with my personal physician for neck problems. He did an MRI and says I will need surgery and restricted my work conditions..also what I do on a day to day basis.

The work comp doctor has ignored my complaints about my neck..which I think is related to work over the years with several employees lifting heavy patients and having them wrap their arms around my neck while transferring them.

I am moving to Morgan Hill and have already found a new doctor there, but my appointment isn't until April 25.

I am having severe pain in my neck and shoulders along with the back pain .

Should I file a another WC claim for my neck or can this be addressed along with my back injury.

I have been trying to find an attorney, but the whole process is intimidating to me and I am unable to drive long distances without pain.

Without support medical evidence that your neck injury has an industrial component, you will not be able to successfully file a WC claim. You can contact the San Jose WCAB to obtain a list of Panel applicant attorneys for the San Jose/Morgan hill area. The information is on their web page.
