Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I fractured a rib in my back and now have chronic back pain. I served in the military and also deal with PTSD and my doctors think my PTSD is contributing to the pain that I am having with my chronic back pain. if this is true would this still be considered a workmans comp case since I did get hurt at work, but my PTSD is what is making my pain worse...? need help here
