Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Haven't heard from attorney in 8 months-Been with him 4 years

My attorney (after 4 years) will not return calls. I'm 100% disabled, had my surgeries, seen all their doctors, been declared P&S, and can't seem to speak personally with my attorney. His annoying assistant schedules conference calls and then stands me up. I'm furious. What can I do?

First consult with another lawyer and if the second lawyer agrees to take your case, then fire your current lawyer.
