Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Injured on the job
I was injured at work and my boss failed to initiate the workers comp process. It's been 2 years and still no workers comp and no surgery for a torn rotator cuff. I am stil employed by the company but not working and now I also have a depression disorder because of this and am on medication.What can I do? I have had several attorneys that were no good also.

The company may be denying your injury. I am not sure I can help, since you have had "several" attorneys. To be frank with you, many attorneys do not want to take on a case where there is more than one prior attorney involved. I am in the Los Angeles area and am not sure where your case was filed.
