Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Two Jobs

I had two jobs when I became injuryed. The one I got hurt at was the second job. I can not return to either one. Do I get payment settlement for two jobs or one.

You should be compensated for the time you took off both jobs. Your employer will probably have you sign a Social Security Release in order establish your income from both jobs.
