Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Please help me- signed settlement doc today

I please need help! Today my lawyer pressured me to sign a'stipulations w/ request for award'. He told me no other options and I was under high anxiety when I signed as my husband just lost both of his parents and my disability has ruined my life. They declared me 60% disabled and awarded 60k in payments. My attorney told me that the ONLY way to go was to get future medical, and told me that he wouldn't even ask them about a lump sum. I asked him about the lump sum- that I wanted to settle that way, and he asked if I had a lot of debt or was poor and needed the money. He told me that it wasn't a 'final' doc, and that I could settle as a lump sum at any time.I tried calling the workers comp appeals board today and they said it was an 'attorney' problem and that they could not help me. I called several other attorneys today and offered to pay them an hourly fee, to go over what I signed and explain my options, if I have any. No one would help me. I feel that because I signed this no attorney wants to give me advise or help me because there's no money involved anymore and my current attorney will not help me either. I am willing to pay an hourly fee.
