Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Canada

what should I do?

I worked witha company in canada sellings parts. you pay me, I pay them and they ship you parts. in this case they did not ship parts and are refussing to give any refund. teh customer had his money refunded by his credit card, but paypal is sending me to collections to get the money they refunded to paypal. I would be glad to pay but I need the money form the company first so I can pay paypal.

The ontario police say its a civil matter and the courts say I have to appear in person to sue.

any ideas on hto to fix this?

You should sue the company. Check with PayPal to see if they will hold off action against you until you can collect from the company.
