Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada
I am married to a Canadian citizen since August 2009, she sponsored me to Canada and I landed in July 2010. Unfortunately our marrigae doesn't seem to be going very well.
I want to know if I proceed further for divorce will that effect my immigration status?
