Legal Question in Personal Injury in Canada

What can the plaintiff sue for?

Two fishermen were injured as a result of a plane craching upon landing. There was a storm during this time. What can the plaintiff sue for against the airline and the chartered flight they were on?

Re: What can the plaintiff sue for?

The fisherman can recover damages for pain and suffering, lost wages, medical bills, permanent partial disability, and all other out of pocket expenses. If there is a death, the family can recover damages too for wrongful death. There are claims under federal and state laws.

Please feel free to call me to discuss this in greater detail. There are so many variables as to what law applies which can influence and affect what you can recover in compensation.

I would be happy to discuss this with you further. Call me at 1 800 282-4878 for a consultation over the phone or in person. My practice is limited to representing injured people as in your situation and there if no recovery, there is no attorney fee. Attorney's who specialize in this area of law work on a contingency fee.

I look forward to hearing from you.
