Legal Question in Consumer Law in China
We have a sales contract with the suppliers for chemicals in Weifang china, and paid 30% of the order. Now it seems though the quality is below the stated one, the supplier refuses to give discount and refuses to send the material. Can we get our material? or what should be done.
