Legal Question in Family Law in China

divorce

I got married in Florida. I bought a house in China my wife is Chinese. She has contributed no money to the marriage at all and has not worked. In a divorce is she entitled to any property just because I married her and she is not also not contributing to the marriage in many areas too. There are no children and we are now married three years. She is not a US citizen and can not get a visa to go to the US at this time.

Thank you for an answer. I know its not binding but its a start

I suggest you seek advice from local lawyers. In China, the wife can take half of the joint property after marriage.
