administering estate invovling oversea property

my mom, an us citizen, has a house in china. She is the only person on the title.

As her appointed general administrator by Califronia state, do i have the right to sell her house in China to pay off her estate debt and exp in US?

is my power as a legal general administrator of her estate binding in China?

Only China has jusrisdiction over the real properly lying there. After a California/US probate you will need to do a Chinese probate. Go to Chinese California Bar Ass'n to find some help.

I think you need provide necessary documents to the Authority of China in order to sell the house in China.
