how do i find out if someone has filed a will?

Under Colorado law, upon one's passing, the personal representative or the named personal representative is supposed to "lodge" the decedent's will in the district court in the county the individual resided within 10 days of the decedent's death. If the decedent lived in Denver County, it would be in the Denver County Probate Court.
