Grandpa's house

My grandparents passed away and left a house. The house is paid for. My mom and I want to keep the house and were wondering how to take my grandparents names off and put our names on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Transferring title to the house will require a probate proceeding. Who receives the house will depend upon what your grandparents' wills say, or, if there are no wills, who the living heirs are.
