Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado

Hurrasment

If someone keeps sending me emails and stating that i am hurrassing her, but i am not responding to any of her emails. She was writing me these NASTY emails stating i was horrible and lied and i have asked her to stop. I even went to my boss and had her blocked her email so she could not email me. She continues to send me text messages and voicemails saying how horrible i am and how she is going to sue me for defermation. I am not sure what i am suppose to do in this situation. IS this some sort of hurrasment or something else?

Re: Hurrasment

It IS harassment, and you can ask for a restraining order in court. If it is a co-worker, you need to bring this to your employer's attention in writing.
