Company Selling E-mail Addresses

If a compnay states on their privacy policy that ''We share the information we collect from you with third parties, including our business partners.'' can they sell the e-mail address to a third party?

Good question. Maybe they can not because they are not informing you that they sell it, but most likely they can because they do inform you that your information will not be protected. You should probably use a different service provider that does protect your information.
