My Friend and I are going into business Building and repairing computers, what kind of legal forms do we need to show and have our customers and the technician fill out.

I assume you are talking about what type of contract to use with your customer? You should have a service agreement in place between your company and your customer. Regarding your technician, are you referring to having an agreement in place with him? Will he be an independent contractor or an employee of your company?
