Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Indecent Exposure ticket

If I was charged with an indecent

exposure ticket while under the

influence of a hallucinogen(LSD) and

I do not remember anything about

being issued the ticket or the actual

event of exposing myself is there

anyway I can argue that I did not ''

knowingly'' expose myself and that

my intentions were not meant to be

offensive or alarming to anyone? I'm

very worried about having to register

as a sex offender, and would like to

avoid it if at all possible

Re: Indecent Exposure ticket

Voluntary intoxication is not a defense to "knowingly". This is a serious sex offense. Get a lawyer.

Re: Indecent Exposure ticket

You should consult with an attorney you could be placed on the registry if convicted.
