I was swiming in a pool after hours and recieved a trespassing ticket, will this show up on a background check?

The short answer is yes.

The longer answer is it depends on what jurisdiction the ticket is in. If it is in a county court, then definately yes. Some smaller municipal courts do not report minor municipal charges, but most do.
