I had a DUI in 1988 in Weld County, CO.� I cannot remember if during the negotiations if it was a deffered sentence or not.� How would I be able to find out if it was defferred?

Go to the court clerk's office. Request your file. It will contain the judgment, i.e. what you were convicted of. You may be able to call the Clerk's Office for the information 970.351.7300.
