back child support

my ex was suppose to have had a Dna test done in 2002,was not sure if child was mine so canceled case,now child is 15yrs old we have found out she is mine now wants child support for last 15yrs can she do this under CO. law

Since a Colorado attorney has not responded to this inquiry, I will opine that it very unlikely that

Colorado law would permit this kind of lengthy

retroactive establishment of a child support arrearage obligation.

In Virginia, the petitioner is only permitted to establish arrearages going back to the date that the petition for such support was actually filed.
