Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I have a bit of a situation right now. The guy I am currently with has a wife and they are not legally divorced. She up and left him last year and got pregnant with another man. She just recently had the kid and he talked to someone and they told him that he is legally the father. I am not sure how it works, but he needs to get a divorce with her because it is not his kid and for their reasons as well. We have tried multiple times to attempt to contact her and the guy she is with, to try and talk to them about meeting, money and the divorce. It is hard to contact them when they refuse to answer the phones, emails. It is useless. I don't want him to have to sit there and pay for a child that is not his or have to deal with this stuff anymore, we would like to further our life as well but can not for the simple fact his is still legally married, and she is not willing to comply with anything. If you could help me in what to do that would be great. I am trying to help him out right now so he isn't stressing so much.

File for divorce. A process server will serve the legal papers.
