Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

We're in process of divorce. I cought my husband selling things. My lawyer didn't do anything even I told him before what my husband capable of - didn't request to seal warehouse, didn't request access from court (I don't have a key and property on my husband name even it was bought during marriage)- just useless mails to my husband which my husband didn't even answer. How it could be managed? Court ordered my husband just to list sold thing (ha-ha..) What can be done?!

depending on how the case is going. you can file a motion for contempt.

It sounds like you may need to get another attorney involved. If you want our office to help with your case - we have the ability to set you up with a payment plan up to 12 months or to finance your legal fees to help you out.
