Our Youth Pastor had a boy in our youth group punch my son in the chest. Can he be charged with anything, if so what?

Depending upon how old the youths are, your pastor could be charged with assault via an innocent agent (the boy who punched your son). That's if I understand you correctly, that your pastor ordered someone to hit your boy.
