payment of sales commision after termination of employee

terminated an employee during their 3 month probation period. as an employer am i obligated to pay any commissions due after terminating their employment

Under Colorado statutes and case law, when an employer terminates an employee, all wages and commissions that are fully earned, vested, determinable and unpaid are due and payable immediately at the time of discharge of that employee.
