Dear Carlos:

Unfortunately, there is not a law that decides or determines the amount of compensation that you are entitled to receive as a result of your injuries. It really depends on a number of factors including, but not limited to, your prognosis, whether your condition is expected to improve, how the injuires affect your daily life, your work life, etc. I would be happy to talk further to you. Please call at your convenience. My office number is 303.861.1042, and my name is Russell Hatten.
