Legal Question in Personal Injury in Colorado

Hello,

My daughter was injured at a concert with multiple artists with multiple concert stages at

different areas. While moving from one concert to the next, the crowd in back of her pushed

her from behind, and she went sprawling onto the gravel shere she suffered cuts, scrapes, and

bruises.

Mangmt. sent her on an ambulence to a predetermined hosp. where she recieved stiches

and care.

Can we make the concert givers pay for the medical costs?

Can we sue, because of her permernant scars on her face etc...?

Unlikely unless the concert promoters failed to have reasonable security and safety measures. The issue of what is "reasonable" is always murky. They will always claim contributory negligence by the other concert goers who pushed her.
