Legal Question in Personal Injury in Colorado

MySpace

This guy has posted a bunch of bulletins on MySpace with my First and last name (Including maiden name). The bulletins are lies and made up stories about me and are very defamatory. Do I have any rights?

Sure. You can sue him for libel. You can also contact MySpace and demand that they remove the messages or be named a party in your lawsuit. Before you make threats to MySpace, however, there is a link at the bottom of the guy's page that allows you to report abuse. Try that first and see what happens. They probably don't like bullies and liars either.
