Legal Question in Personal Injury in Colorado
Do you have to serve the person who hits you when in a accident or do you just serve the insurance company.I am about broke since I cant do my job anymore and just need legal advice.

You will have to name the responsible party (and not his/her insurance company) as a defendant in the lawsuit and then serve the responsible party with the lawsuit.
