contract on a house

I'am the seller, I have signed a contract to sell, however a medical condition with my wife needs me to delay this sell for at least 6mo. the buyers will not do this. help!! what if anything can I do?

Sorry to hear about your problems. You need to carefully review the contract and see if they miss any of the deadlines (assuming this is a standard CO form real estate contract).
