Transfer of Deed
My grandmother would like to remove the name of her deceased husband from her property and place my name on the title. I need to know what kind of form that I will need.

Your grandmother will need to sign a QuitClaim Deed naming you and her as new owners. Once signed and notarized, the Deed is recorded with the Clerk and Recorder in the County where the property is located.
