Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

my mother co signed on my mortgage, which now is facing forclosure. Her assets are all "in trust", is she going to be liable for any monies on the forclosure?

Your mother will probably be personally liable for any deficiencies. However, they may not be able to recover depending on the nature of the trust. A review of the trust by an attorney is advisable.
