my rights if name is not on house deed i l

i'm married to a man who owns his house but he can't pay his taxes on the house and he said he was thinking about selling the house and say no more til today somebody came in to look at the house he sign papers to put it on the market i have no where to go and no job.and have made other arrangements to go some where else but wont tell me till the last min.and i dont what that to happen to me.if want to stay here in stamford or were i choose do he have to make sure if i have money to live off.and do i get any of the momey from the selling of the house,and also the these he brought for me before and after we were married.i know it doesn't have to be a divcore per say cause then i will lose or my rights to everything he was going to give he know when he married me i was living in a room and my mother ask him if he knew what he was taking on getting a wife with no job or money to help with the bills. he told her that we will be alright dont worry well i'm cause if he can go behind my back and do this without sitting down with me first to prepare me for the man to come look at the house it would have been different,now i'm worry about how much time i have to find me some where to live and is very hard with no money of my own so help.

You may have rights even if your name is not on the deed if you are married. You should see a lawyer as soon as possible to determine whether or not you can stop the sale, until your rights are sorted out.
