Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

visitation rights

my ex's visitation rights were suspended for not showing up for a hearing on child support. sense that time he was arrested for importation of drugs. he was sentenced an served 3 years. now he is on parole or probation and wants to have his visitation rights restored. note, I have sole custody, his prior visitation was supervised due to drug use ( court ordered drug testing refused ), and he owes me over $ 18,000.00 in child support ( 15,000 arears and 3,000 in current. my ex also in NJ and my son and I live in CT. I can't afford a lawyer and was looking for some kind of defence to keep him from having contact ( at least untill he can prove for a prolonged period of time, that he not using, selling, or transporting any type of drugs ).

Thank You for Your Time and Concideration
