voluntarily coming out of chap. 13 bankruptcy
If we decide to come out of chapter 13 voluntarily. How long does it usually takes for the trustee to stop taking payment from my husband check.

The Trustee has 90 days to file a final report with the Court and then she will issue the check. You should consult with your attorney to discuss their contacting the Trustee to try to shorten the 90 day period of time.
