Joel Grafstein has co-authored the 1984, 1988 and 1990 revisions in Caron, Connecticut Foreclosure, he has been involved in over 30 seminars and has spoken on Connecticut Foreclosures, Collection Law, Unfair Trade Practices and Bankruptcy. Mr. Grafstein served as a Bankruptcy Trustee from 1978-1982 and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Commercial Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
