Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut

I was a sub contractor for a company and now own a company in the same field. I advertise my business with my own name. The other company still has my name on their hand outs that they also have placed in a mass mailing. I have asked that my name be removed. He is still sending these out with my name on it. What can I do? I live in CT

I understand that you are concerned that a potential customer may be confused since you are holding yourself out to be in business on your own. Since you've already kindly asked to stop including you in their marketing materials, I'd suggest sending a cease and desist letter from an attorney. That would likely get their attention in the matter.

Feel free to contact my office at your earliest convenience to further discuss this.
