Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut

Internet Business

Internet Company A provides a service to its customers.

Customers T, U, V all pay 15.00 per month to company A.

Customer T accesses the web site and completes 8 assignments from the website at 100% accuracy.

Customer U accesses the web site and completes 4 assignments at 80% accuracy.

Customer V completes 1 assignment from the site at 100% accuracy.

Company A has a policy that 30% of all monetary intakes will be disbursed to its clients on a weekly basis.

10% to clients

10% to company sponsor

10% to charity

Since customer T completed 8 at 100% they have an 80% chance to get a monetary return.

Since customer U completed 4 at 80% they have a 40% chance of any monetary return.

Since customer V completed 1 at 100% they have a 5% chance of any monetary return.

Only some customers will get a $$ return based on a calculation developed by company A

Company sponsor and charity will receive equal weekly monetary returns based on monthly intake of company A.

Can this be done?
