Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut

my car was stolen on 4/3/08 and as of yet the insurance co (geico) has yet to pay it off. i have met with their investigator,they have received all paperwork on or about the theft and now i have to meet with their attorney and not only give my testimony again but provide them wit yet more information ie: phone records, financial docs, paystubs, rent receipt,copies of bills etc. what if any legal recourse do i have?? HELP

Did I read that right? Your car was stolen on 4/03/2008? I don't understand why it's taking so long and why they want your personal financial information. You should really consult with an attorney. I can not answer your question without knowing more.
