Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut

Unwanted warranty sell by dealer

Hi

Recently I bought a car from honda dealer in NY. While making final deal finance person fooled me and made me purchase warranty worth of 1500. I asked for cancelling it which they(dealership) are not willing to do. Even tried calling warrnty provider companies they are not offering any help. I have all documents indicating that warranty can be cancelled within 60 days. What shall I do in this case ? Can I file a law suite against dealer and warranty company?
