Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut

Does a credit card company have the right to take money from my fathers bank account in another state to pay down my debt? If not what recourse do we have since this wasinfact done. Thank you very much,

Not unless your father is a co-signer or joint holder of the credit card. Furthermore, a credit card company can not "take" money from the debtor's bank account without a civil judgment and a bank execution, both of which can not be obtained without notice to the debtor.
