Is a husband liable for a wifes debts incurred befoe they were married? If yes, could a prenuptial agreement exclude them,

Spouses are generally not liable for each other's debts unless they are joint debts or one spouse co-signs for the other, except certain medical expenses, rent and some purchases.

Debts incurred prior to the marriage are the responsibility of the individual who incurred them.
