Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I am going through a divorce, my husband had our boy's every other Friday over night, Tuesday and Thurs. evenings for a few hours too.. My oldest son is very allergic to dust and mold, he was tested, i have to keep on top of it at my house. My husband's place that he shares with one of his current girlfreind's is very dusty from what my boy's have told me. My oldest son after being dropped off back home to me is very congested and stuffed up after sleeping over there, is there anything i can do to prevent sleepovers? i do have a note from the peditrician stating what his allergies are.

I think you need to file a motion with the court requesting that he clean up the place or lose overnights.
