Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

What are the legal limits of ct state law once you have moved to south carolina? How long does it last in regards to court ordered paternal grandparent who's son has signed away all his legal rights. For grandmother visitation?

Your question is not clear but I will try to answer it anyway.

If you have court ordered visitation with your grandchild, moving out of state should not change the provisions of that order unless the court order states that moving out of state terminates the visitation.
