Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I live in CT and am 9 weeks pregnant. I plan relocate to CO to raise the child in a safer, cleaner environment.

My live-in boyfriend who will not be moving to CO has threated a major child custody battle if I leave.

I do not plan to give my child his last name or put him on the birth certificate.

I'm not sure what your question is, but a court could prohibit you from relocating under these circumstances.
