Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

proof of payment

Per my parenting plan I am to pay my exhusband 50% of the plane fare when our children fly to see him. Per the plan he is to provide me with proof of payment and then I have 10 days to pay my share. My question is what classifies as ''proof of payment''. Does a plane itinary showing the tickets were purchase classifiy as ''proof of Payment'' or should I request a cancelled check or credit card statement as ''proof of payment'' Thank you for your time in this matter

Re: proof of payment

If the itinerary shows the tickets were actually purchased (and you will know if the kids actually flew), that should be sufficient.
